Additionally ICT maintained close contact with the Ukrainian authorities responsible for the licensing related to the shipments consigned to the Ukrainian Border Service and State Customs Service. With the opening of its first office in Ukraine in 1992 ICT became one of the first western freight forwarders who launched and developed the emerging freight forwarding market in Ukraine.
